Authorities ban smoking in the car carrying children under 18

Authorities in England and Wales have banned people from smoking while on driving when any children under 18 present inside the car.

It’s been reported that, concerning the growing breathing problems in children, the authorities came to this decision, in which if any kid under 18 present inside the car, then any other passenger aren’t allowed to smoke in any circumstances.

However, the authorities have even said that if the driver is of age 17 and he smokes then this rule won’t apply on him.

And if anyone fails to follow the rules, then at initial stage he may have to pay around $80-100 as fine but if he gets convicted before court then fine may increase to $300.
