Researchers reveal the sports to ensure long-life, bad news for joggers

During a study, it has been found that jogging or other little exercises are unfortunately don’t ensure long-life but there is few other sports or exercise which lower the risk of early death.

Now, let me first explain that none exercise is unhealthy or has that bad effect.

But, as per as recent study, people who play squash (or other racket related sports), do aerobics and swimming have a lower risk of heart-related diseases and also have minimal chance of stroke.

Report clears that those who play racket games have 47 percent less chance of death because of heart diseases than those who do normal exercises.
