Apple withdraws some of the Chinese apps after malware complaint

Apple has withdrawn some Chinese application from its App Store, after malware found in them.

It’s been reported that the developer in china were tricked while using a software tool, that added malicious code in the apps, which the company explains that ‘not good by security view’.

Apple has refused to disclose the name of the company which are affected but sources said that the famous WeChat application is in the queue.

However, after the company, Tencent Ltd, who developed WeChat, knew about the malicious code, they have started working on another ‘malware free’ version.

According to a Chinese news report, several other apps, such as of banks, airlines and other music services, are affected and are withdrawn from the Apple Store.
