Army Rejects Pakistan PM’s Decision to Sack an Adviser

By on

As per as recent reports, Pakistani Army has rejected the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s decision to sack an adviser after his connections were found with a reporter who published an article last year explaining the rift between civilian and military leaders.

It has been reported that Syed Tariq Fatemi, a Special Assistant on Foreign Affairs, has been sacked by the PM believing that he leaked confidential things to a close reporter.

No any further detail is available except that the army has rejected this decision saying this action is “incomplete”.

It wouldn’t be wrong saying that Pakistan is a country which is indirectly governed by Military and hence rejecting any decision is not a big deal for them.
