Five Things You Can Do to Reduce Hangover this Festive Season

In this festive season, most of us get drunk and then complaints about hangovers.

Now, first things we should know that it’s common in people who drink alcohol but you can still do few things to reduce its effect.

#1 Drink Plenty of water. Be hydrated all the time. Along with water, try to drink other drinks like an energy drink, coconut water etc.

#2 Have little Olive Oil before going to party.

#3 Consume sugar while drinking. It basically speeds alcohol metabolism and reduces hangover risks.

#4 Eat Ginger.

#5 Never skip breakfast. Try to eat those foods which are easily digestible.
