Checking phones in the middle of the night is very normal for few people, but let me tell them that it has very bad effects on health.

According to the Deloitte report, almost 33 percent of the smartphone-using population, check their phone in the night (middle of the sleep).

Few sleep experts, say that in the middle of night, checking phones could be unhealthy for eyes as well as your sleep.

Well, the problem is the blue light, which your phone emits.

As per as Harvard researchers, this ‘blue light’ can shift your sleep schedules by up to three hours, which is obviously not a normal thing.
