Judge Allows Oregon Resident to be Genderless
By March 28, 2017
on While hearing the case of Patrick Abbatiello, the Oregon judge allowed him to be genderless.
It has been reported that the judge, Amy Holmes Hehn, granted permission to Patrick on March 10, to go from male to “agender”.
Agender people are simply those who see themselves neither as a man nor as a woman.
Patrick has now changed his name to “Patch”.
In a talk with media, Patch said: “It’s not that I decided I was genderless — that’s just how it is”. Patch added, “I never felt like a man or a woman. even I never felt like going with a binary option.”
