Most of us think that bad eating habits and not exercising well are the reasons why our waistline is increasing day by day.

But according to recent research, another reason which is your poop could be the reason before increasing waistline,

Well, a research which was carried out by researchers at King’s College London on more than thousands of people.

The study reveals that the people who have a more diverse community of bacteria in their poop tend to have a lower level of belly fat.

However, the study is not yet completed and researchers need to study several other factors before coming to some certain conclusions.
